Description
The Engineering Department at Simpson University, Redding CA, is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to join the adjunct in Electrical Engineering pool for the upcoming academic year, with instructional needs in areas such as Circuits, Electronics, Signals & Systems, and Control Systems. Our department emphasizes project-based and experiential learning, and all courses include lab and/or project components supported by modern, state-of-the-art resources. We are particularly interested in candidates who can create innovative, hands-on lab experiences and integrate emerging technologies into their teaching. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching and align with the department's focus on experiential learning. Appointments are part-time and may be renewed based on performance, budget, and program needs.
Qualifications:
โ€ข A master's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
โ€ข Prior industry and/or teaching experience is strongly preferred.
