Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring ARRT (R)(CT) certification and at least 1 year of CT experience

Details
  • Hospital setting within a 40-licensed-bed facility, including 10 swing beds
  • CT Scanner unit providing service to Emergency, Outpatient, and Inpatient units
  • Monthly department volume of approximately 439 exams
  • Patient ratio of 1:1
  • Performs ER CT exams, working independently as the sole CT Technologist in-house for most of the shift
  • Responsible for nightly QA testing on Dexa unit and CT scanner
  • 4x10 hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday
  • Every 5th weekend requires a day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Weeknights before and after weekend rotation reduced to 28 hours over 3 nights
  • No on-call requirements
  • No floating required
Requirements
  • Active Indiana Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
  • ARRT (R) and (CT) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent CT experience required
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal on-site support
Additional Information
  • Caribbean blue scrub color required
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
  • First-time travelers may be considered
  • RTO requests must be less than 1 week
