The Director, Quote-to-Cash Technology Transformation leads the firm's enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for modernizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, spanning client intake, pricing, matter management, time capture, billing, collections, revenue management, and financial insights. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving business and technology transformation across people, processes, data, platforms, and AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Enterprise Applications, the Director serves as the technology leader for a complex transformation portfolio anchored by platforms including Intapp, Aderant, and related enterprise applications. The role combines transformation leadership, product ownership, and executive influence, partnering across Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, Practice Management, Client Operations, Data & AI, and Technology to deliver measurable value through modernization, automation, and intelligent process redesign.
Who You Are:
  • Own the enterprise-wide, multi-year Quote-to-Cash transformation roadmap, aligning technology investments, process redesign, and AI adoption with firm priorities.
  • Lead business and technology transformation across the revenue lifecycle, balancing near-term improvements with long-term platform modernization.
  • Drive modernization of the firm's Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Identify and implement high-value AI and automation opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, user experience, and financial performance.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to redesign operating models and business processes, leveraging technology to reduce complexity and enable higher-value work.
  • Serve as the senior technology partner to Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, Practice Management, Client Operations, and firm leadership.
  • Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, vendors, implementation partners, and technology teams to deliver an integrated transformation program.
  • Establish governance, delivery standards, change management practices, KPIs, and value realization measures appropriate for a highly regulated, client-focused environment.
  • Lead and develop teams of analysts, developers, and functional experts, fostering both technical excellence and business acumen.
  • Own strategic vendor relationships, technology budgets, and investment decisions, ensuring measurable business value and operational outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in enterprise applications, finance systems, revenue management, or large-scale business transformation.
  • Proven success leading complex Quote-to-Cash, ERP, finance, or revenue lifecycle modernization programs.
  • Experience driving enterprise transformation across technology, process, operating model, data, and organizational change.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI, intelligent automation, analytics, or digital capabilities to improve business performance and user outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms supporting financial, operational, or professional services workflows, including Aderant, Intapp, or comparable solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, technology portfolios, and strategic vendor relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred.
