The Role

Atlantic Wind Transfers is seeking a Senior Deckhand / AB to join our offshore wind Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operations based in Quonset Point, RI. This is a full-time, non-rotational positioncandidates must be based locally or willing to relocate. Housing is not provided.

As Senior Deckhand, you'll play a critical role onboard, supporting the Captain in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the vessel. This is a hands-on position requiring strong seamanship, mechanical awareness, and the ability to lead and support crew in a dynamic offshore environment.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Captain with safe vessel operations during crew transfer missions

  • Support and help lead deck crew in daily onboard tasks

  • Perform routine vessel maintenance and upkeep

  • Ensure compliance with all company safety, security, and operational procedures

  • Assist with the safe transfer of offshore personnel to and from wind farm structures

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the vessel

  • Contribute to a strong, team-oriented onboard culture

What We're Looking For
  • STCW Basic Training required

  • Valid TWIC card

  • Strong seamanship and situational awareness

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on maintenance
