*What You’ll Do*
* *Master High-Impact Depositions:* Take and defend key depositions, including fact witnesses and experts, with real-time feedback and strategy guidance from senior trial counsel.
* *Command Courtroom Proceedings:* Represent clients in court hearings (both remote and in-person), arbitrations, mediations, and trial proceedings as you learn your way around a courtroom.
* *Sharpen Civil Procedure & Motion Practice:* Draft and argue critical pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions while mastering procedural strategies under California law.
* *Drive Case Strategy:* Conduct high-level legal research, analyze case merits, and collaborate directly with senior trial lawyers to develop winning strategies from inception to resolution.
* *Manage & Lead:* Take ownership of a dynamic caseload with increasing autonomy in a fast-paced, high-energy litigation environment.
*What We’re Looking For*
*Required:*
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
* Active California Bar membership in good standing
* Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
* Drive to master the California Rules of Civil Procedure and deposition tactics
* Excellent communication skills for court appearances, client interactions, and team collaboration
* High energy, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
*Preferred:*
* 1+ year of civil litigation experience
* Familiarity or experience with lemon law / consumer protection
* A fierce passion for courtroom advocacy and growing into a trial attorney
