Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Director and the Director of Club Operations, the server plays a key role in supporting our full F&B program, which includes daily lunch service, evening dinners, and monthly member events.


Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality environment

  • Hands-on experience with cashiering duties

  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety procedures

  • Patience and a customer-focused attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable


Primary Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests, manage seating, and ensure diners are comfortably situated

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct order delivery

  • Memorize menu items and confidently recommend appetizers, entrées, beverages, and wine selections

  • Deliver an outstanding dining experience by addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly

  • Clear and tidy tables, maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment

  • Set tables and adjust the dining room layout for larger groups and special events

  • Assist with closing duties, including cleaning utensils and ensuring compliance with state sanitation regulations


OPEN AVAILABILITY IS A MUST

Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
