QUIET VILLAGE LANDSCAPING
Landscape Service Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site and Field-Based

Lead the Teams That Keep St. Louis Beautiful

Quiet Village Landscaping has provided comprehensive landscape design and property-care services throughout the St. Louis area since 2001. Our maintenance services include mowing, gardening, fertilization, irrigation, plant care, seasonal work, and ongoing landscape improvement. We are looking for a capable manager who can help our teams deliver consistent, dependable service.

The Landscape Service Manager will coordinate the daily delivery of recurring landscape services across an assigned portfolio of properties. This person will support field crews, manage schedules, respond to client needs, solve service issues, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Quiet Village Landscaping's standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a landscaping professional who is ready to move into broader field leadership or for an experienced service manager who enjoys developing teams and improving operations. This role combines office responsibilities with regular field visits and requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recurring landscape maintenance, mowing, gardening, fertilization, irrigation, and seasonal services.

  • Manage daily and weekly crew schedules based on property needs, staffing, and weather conditions.

  • Visit client properties to inspect work and identify service or quality concerns.

  • Communicate client requests and property needs to field teams.

  • Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Support crew leaders with training, planning, materials, equipment, and field decisions.

  • Monitor labor efficiency, route performance, job quality, and completion rates.

  • Coordinate with account managers and office personnel regarding scheduling and client communication.

  • Identify enhancement opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate sales or account-management team.

  • Maintain accurate records in company scheduling and service-management systems.

  • Promote a safe, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, or property-service experience preferred.

  • Previous crew leadership, field supervision, account management, or service-management experience.

  • Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and seasonal property needs.

  • Strong scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and make practical field decisions.

  • Professional communication and customer-service skills.

  • Comfortable learning scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and service-management systems.

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to work outdoors and travel between client properties.

  • Spanish-speaking ability is helpful but not required.

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment

  • Pay: $60,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Eligible for a performance-based annual bonus based on department and individual performance.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Paid time off.

  • Retirement plan.

  • Pet insurance.

  • Company-provided tools and technology as applicable.

  • Training and advancement opportunities.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, with seasonal overtime and occasional Saturdays as business needs require.
