Job Summary:
NeoSigma is a product-driven research lab building the intelligence layer that helps close the feedback loop between your customers, products, and AI systems. They are seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Technical Writer who will write engineering blogs, tutorials, and maintain developer documentation while engaging with the developer community.
Responsibilities:
• Write engineering blogs, tutorials, and cookbooks for developers building with our platform
• Make complex AI and systems concepts clear and compelling
• Own our Twitter/X handle and developer-focused social channels
• Build and maintain developer docs, quickstart guides, and sample apps
• Work with engineering to write content that reflects how the system actually works
• Develop a content calendar aligned to product launches and developer trends
• Engage with the developer community answer questions, amplify contributions, represent NeoSigma
• Ship demos, code samples, and reference implementations alongside content
Qualifications:
Required:
• A software engineer who writes not a writer who codes
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and AI/ML systems
• Strong technical writing: precise, opinionated, and easy to read
• Published technical content blogs, docs, tutorials, or open-source work
• Sharp instinct for developer experience you spot bad APIs and confusing docs
• Track record managing a technical Twitter/X or developer community channel
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript; comfortable across the stack
• Strong editorial judgment you teach first, market second
