We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with experience in repairs and maintenance operations to support our financial tracking and day-to-day business operations.
This role goes beyond basic data entry. The ideal candidate understands how repair and maintenance work is performed in the field and can accurately translate that into clean, organized financial records. You will be responsible for tracking expenses, processing transactions, and ensuring all service-related financial data is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Track and categorize expenses related to repairs, maintenance, parts, and labor
  • Enter and manage invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial records
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, job costs, and service-related transactions
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure financial data aligns with completed work
  • Assist with reporting, budgeting support, and cost tracking
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar financial/administrative role
