Job description

Salesforce CRM Developer

UTA is seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to support the implementation and enhancement of a unified CRM platform across its Creators and Advisory divisions. This role is critical to Phase 0 of UTA‿s technology strategy, focused on stabilizing and improving internal operations by consolidating disparate CRM systems into Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be a hands on developer with strong experience in core Salesforce development‿ integration with external technologies is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure Salesforce CRM features using standard tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, etc.).
  • Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to support internal business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with UTA‿s Client Framework and Authoritative Data models.
  • Support the migration and mapping of data from Airtable, Quickbase, and Google Sheets into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure CRM usability, data hygiene, and security protocols.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real time business intelligence and pipeline visibility.
  • Assist in automating routine deal workflows, booking processes, and client discovery tools.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and development processes to support operational clarity and scalability.
