Core Responsibilities
  • Support IT projects for real estate and global asset management teams.
  • Gather and document business requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard development.
  • Coordinate QuickBase-based integrations, workflows, and data pipelines.
  • Support dashboarding, reporting, and analytics development.
  • Participate in data analysis, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives (RFE-related work).
  • Validate data relationships, mappings, and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to support data modeling and integration efforts.
  • Ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA (mid-level preferred).
  • Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Asset Management domain.
  • Solid understanding of real estate KPIs, investment data structures, and asset management terminology.
  • Experience working with data integrations and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with QuickBase or similar low-code/no-code platforms (training available if needed).
  • Experience with Microsoft stack tools, including:
    • Power BI
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze data, and support dashboard/reporting solutions.
