Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager III to support web experience validation, campaign execution, and cross-functional program management for a fast-paced marketing organization. In this role, the successful candidate will partner closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and content teams to ensure new and updated web experiences are accurate, functional, and compliant with marketing and legal standards prior to launch.
The role will also focus on developing and driving marketing operations strategies that support high-velocity experimentation, campaign performance, and customer acquisition goals. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, process-minded marketing operations professional to help streamline workflows, improve time-to-market, and provide data-driven insights that inform prioritization and continuous optimization across web properties.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, managing marketing technology and tooling (such as A/B testing platforms, CMS, and QA tools), and communicating clearly with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to conduct UAT and validate new or updated web experiences, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to marketing and legal standards before launch.
  • Develop and drive marketing operations strategies that align with business objectives, enabling high-velocity experimentation, campaign performance, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead collaboration across marketing, analytics, product, design, and content teams to support launch readiness, governance, and end-to-end campaign execution on web.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve time-to-market, and enhance marketing efficiency through documentation, automation, and tooling.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform prioritization and continuous optimization across web properties.
  • Partner with marketing technology and engineering teams to manage, evolve, and scale web operations tools (e.g., A/B testing platforms, CMS, QA tools).
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and documentation efforts to drive velocity in test execution, landing page updates, and web campaign delivery.
  • Clearly communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders across levels, providing visibility into timelines, blockers, and success metrics.
  • Support organizational shifts in operating models, team structures, and tooling by contributing to onboarding, training, and playbook development.
Required Experience/Skills
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or FinTech industries.
  • Background in web experimentation.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience with Quickbase.
Nice-to-Haves

Education
