  • Build and support solutions across platforms such as Salesforce, Quickbase, SharePoint, databases, and other business systems.
  • Develop API, platform-native, and file-based integrations between internal applications.
  • Create reliable data structures, queries, and reporting solutions that improve business visibility and decision-making.
  • Own assigned features from development through release, documentation, testing, and post-launch support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Partner with PMO, IT, vendors, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Follow established development, security, documentation, and change management standards.

We're Excited About You Because...
  • You have 3+ years of experience developing internal business applications, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions.

  • You're a strong problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical challenges and improving existing systems.
  • You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering across teams to improve business processes.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Quickbase, SharePoint, Power BI, BigQuery, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience building workflow automation, internal tools, API integrations, or reporting solutions.
