Stop 'n Save is a Colorado employer providing excellent service in the convenience industry. We believe in providing high quality service quickly to our customers while maintaining the highest level of integrity and business standards. Our Mission is to be intentional in providing customers high quality service and treating each employee as our most valuable asset.

What You’ll Lead

As a Lead Sales Associate, you’re the steady hand that keeps the store running smoothly during nights and weekends—supporting the team, protecting the customer experience, and keeping standards high.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly customer service and accurate transactions
- Guide Sales Associates through daily tasks and priorities
- Resolve customer concerns using calm de-escalation and good judgment
- Maintain strong cash control, basic paperwork, and policy compliance
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and safe; support food safety and housekeeping
- Assist with pricing, replenishment, and vendor/delivery checks as needed
