Job description

Amada Rapid Response TeamInternal Opportunity for Current Caregivers

We’re selecting 3–5 dependable caregivers to join our new Amada Rapid Response Team!

Rapid Response Team members will commit to designated 2.5-day availability blocks and be ready to handle after-hours call volume, assist in seeking coverage for shifts or with covering the shifts when no other coverage can be found.

2.5 DAY BLOCKS:

2-Weekday Blocks 

1-Weekend Block

Compensation

Weekday Block: $100
Weekend Block: $150

You receive the block payment even if you do not have to cover a caregiving shift.

If you need to cover a shift during your block, you’ll receive:

Your current hourly rate + an additional $2/hour differential, in addition to your block pay.

  • Excellent reliability and attendance
  • Open/flexible availability during your selected block
  • Quick and consistent communication
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to respond to emergency coverage needs

During your Rapid Response block, you don’t have to sit at home waiting, you simply need to remain reachable, available, and prepared to report to a shift if called.

This team will be limited to 3–5 caregivers and selection will be based on reliability, performance, availability, and current coverage needs.
