• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a detailed understanding of clients' mental health concerns, background, and treatment aspirations.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy employing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy tailored to meet unique client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create and continually adjust personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and progress.
• Uphold confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and regional legal regulations, ensuring that clients feel safe throughout their therapy experience.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices applicable in the field.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients by cultivating a relationship built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect, essential to promoting successful outcomes.
• Provide practical support, guidance, and strategies that empower clients to navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful change.

Our clients consist of diverse individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship problems and life transitions. In particular, you will play a critical role in serving clients within a hospice care context, addressing the unique emotional, psychological, and relational dynamics that arise in these settings. This position allows you to apply your expertise in a compassionate manner to clients experiencing grief, loss, and existential concerns.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical environment, preferably in private practice.
• Strong clinical abilities, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients effectively.

• Experience in hospice care or end-of-life issues is a significant advantage.
• Background in utilizing a range of therapy modalities to address different mental health needs.
• Demonstrated track record of applying evidence-based practices in therapy.

The annually competitive salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, supplemented by a performance-based bonus.
