Job Description:

We are looking for Quick Lane Technicians ready to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and a desire to grow within a professional service department. Daily responsibilities include performing oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and light repairs with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Job Type & Schedule:

  • Full-Time

  • Flexible schedule

  • Weekend availability may be required

Pay Structure:

  • Flat Rate pay with guarantee 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and fluid checks

  • Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and report findings

  • Ensure all services are completed efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle needs

  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer standards and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of automotive service experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn

  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
