You'll convert inbound demand into booked appointments and revenue. If you love a scoreboard, thrive in a high-tempo environment, and want a fast track into store leadership, this is your lane. Inbound roles focus on converting warm leads quickly and professionally-perfect for competitive sellers.

What you'll do
  • Convert inbound calls to scheduled appointments-hit weekly conversion, tire sales, and appointment/hour targets.
  • Qualify needs, recommend the right tires/services, present pricing, and overcome objections with confidence.
  • Quote accurately and document in our CRM; follow through on holds and callbacks to close.
  • Partner with 300+ stores across multiple states to fill bays and beat daily goals.
  • Upskill fast-we'll train you on tire sizing, ratings, and brand positioning so you sell with authority.
  • Bring energy every shift and compete (top reps love the pace and the scoreboard).
What you bring
  • 1+ year in sales, call center, retail, or service (automotive a plus, not required).
  • You're coachable, competitive, and love closing-comfortable in a goal/metric environment.
  • Clear communicator, fast typer, strong multitasker across tools and tabs.
  • Reliability and flexible availability-our customers call when they need us.
