Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment community.
  • Prepares vacant units for occupancy.
  • Inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs.
  • Responds to service requests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Performs duties according to (OSHA) standards and follows company policies.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures .
  • High school diploma required. Universal CFC license required. Minimum 4 years related experience required.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
  • Must have own transportation . Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in building maintenance
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HVAC, pluming, electrical, and appliance repair
  • Availability for emergency on-call rotation
  • Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently
  • Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A sharp professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs
  • A service mentality, desire to learn and contribute
