Job description

Quest Group Executive Search is on the hunt for an outgoing professional to join our highly stable and respectable client as a TRAVEL CONSULTANT!

***Our client has been recession proof and around for over 40 years!***

START DATE OF JUNE 15th - Interviewing ASAP!

Must be professional and great customer service!


Role Type:

  • Temp to Perm
  • *FULLY REMOTE - After training!
  • Environment- In Bound Call Center- Must have reliable Internet for remote work


Schedules Available:

  • Second Shift  (start times between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM)
    • Sun - Thurs (4 openings)
    • Mon - Fri (1 opening)
  • Third Shift  (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
    • Sun - Thurs (2 openings)
    • Tues - Sat  (3 openings)


Pay Facts Regarding Shifts:

  • Second shift pays a 15% premium for hours after 5:00 PM and weekend days.
  • Third shift pays a 25% premium (once they start working third shift hours).


About the Role:

  • Booking Corporate Travel for contracted clients
  • High Call Volume
  • Multitasking emails calls etc

Training:

  • All training takes place IN OFFICE. The training schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At the end of training, the associate will transition to the shift for which they were hired. 
    • Second shift training lasts 14 weeks. 
    • Third shift training lasts up to 6 months

Attendance during training is MANDATORY. Time off will not be approved
