DIRECTOR, GROWTH OPERATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

INFINIUM Wall Systems
Strongsville, OH
Full-Time | On-Site
Reports directly to the VP of Strategic Growth and Organizational Development
Travel expected as business needs dictate

COMPANY OVERVIEW

INFINIUM Wall Systems is a family-owned turn-key manufacturer of interior Glass Wall Systems headquartered in Strongsville, OH. Founded in 2003, INFINIUM has experienced significant strategic growth fueled by world class People, Products, and Process.

INFINIUM has built a great reputation in the industry for saying what we do and doing what we say. We are the pioneers of the direct business model which is now adopted by many in the industry.

INFINIUM has the need for a Director, Growth Operations and Organizational Development to join our growing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a hands-on business builder and operator who can take our strategic direction for adjacent growth opportunities and turn it into executable plans that move new products, services, brands, and ventures from concept through launch and scale.

The Leadership Team will establish direction, help shape priorities, and provide functional expertise; this role will quarterback execution, connect the right people, create accountability, and keep initiatives moving.

This individual must also bring substantial HR and organizational-development experience, recognizing that people, leadership, structure, accountability, and culture will be critical components of successfully scaling these operations.

This full-time, on-site role in Strongsville, OH reports directly to the VP of Strategic Growth and Organizational Development, with travel expected as business needs dictate.

ROLE PURPOSE

To design, build, and operationalize the people and organizational infrastructure required for Infinium to scale from a high-performing core business into a broader platform business - turning adjacent growth concepts and opportunities into functioning, accountable, and scalable operations while preserving the company's culture, speed, and premium standard.

MISSION

To turn strategically identified adjacent growth opportunities into scalable businesses by building the operating model - organization, talent, value chain, commercialization, delivery, processes, decision rights, metrics, and management cadence - required to launch, stabilize, and scale new brands, products, services, and ventures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operationalize adjacent growth opportunities by translating strategic objectives into clear, sequenced, executable plans that move from concept through launch and scale.

  • Build the operating model with the Leadership Team and functional leaders, defining organizational structure, value chain, roles, workflows, cross-functional dependencies, metrics, milestones, and management cadence.

  • Personally quarterback cross-functional execution by coordinating resources, creating accountability, solving problems, removing obstacles, and ensuring strategic direction becomes measurable action.

  • Build the people and organizational infrastructure required for growth, including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance expectations, leadership development, succession planning, employee practices, and appropriate HR systems.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team and functional leaders, aligning expertise, resources, and priorities while ensuring each new endeavor carries forward the culture and operating standards that have been central to Infinium's success.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop the leaders and team members required for new ventures while strengthening the leadership bench as current leaders assume broader responsibilities.

  • Create repeatable playbooks, operating rhythms, scorecards, processes, and organizational systems that can be refined and reused across future growth platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of progressive experience spanning growth operations, organizational development, HR, people operations, business operations, transformation, or related leadership responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated experience taking broad or ambiguous strategic initiatives from concept through measurable execution, including direct experience helping scale a company, business unit, operating platform, product line, or new venture.

  • Proven ability to build organizational structures, teams, operating processes, management systems, accountability frameworks, and performance measures in an evolving environment.

  • Substantial HR and organizational-development experience is required, combined with sound business judgment, an operating mindset, executive presence, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Experience in an operationally complex business is required; manufacturing, construction, industrial services, multi-site operations, or comparable experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The appropriate compensation package will be determined for the ideal candidate and includes health/dental/vision, paid vacation, and a 401K plan with yearly profit-sharing bonus opportunity.

INFINIUM is an equal opportunity employer offering a team oriented, open, and enjoyable work environment.
