Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Quarry Laborer. This role is essential to maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our quarry operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that aid in the maintenance and operation of the quarry. Duties will include but are not limited to shoveling, sweeping, steam cleaning, painting, tire work, mechanical assistance, and lifting, pushing, and pulling various objects.


  • Shoveling: Manually move materials and clear areas to ensure safe and efficient quarry operations.
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Maintain a clean work environment through sweeping debris and steam cleaning equipment and areas as required.
  • Painting: Apply paints and coatings to equipment, signs, and infrastructure to maintain aesthetic appearance and safety standards.
  • Tire Work: Assist in the maintenance and repair of quarry vehicle tires, ensuring they are safe and operational.
  • Mechanical Assistance: Provide support to the mechanical team during maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal downtime of machinery.
  • Lifting, Pushing, and Pulling: Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment, including the lifting, pushing, and pulling of various objects as necessary for daily operations.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to [specific weight] pounds.
