What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
