DA Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
• This position is for a Data Mart developer role (ACH Data Mart TM), who will be working on Money Movement Data Mart for ACH Project and other Data Mart specific initiatives to be delivered as a part of overall Data Mart & Modernization initiative. The candidate is required to have strong financial/payments domain knowledge and technical capabilities required to implement the project. The role will provide the technical mentorship required for the enhancements planned for ACH Data Mart Project.
Must Have
Role Summary: Digital Analytics Platform Engineer supporting the Quantum Metric platform. The role instruments and maintains client-side analytics events, administers privacy/PII data-protection configuration, and supports controlled production deployments across customer-facing web and mobile properties, including real-time, in-session experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client-side event instrumentation (JavaScript) for web and mobile applications
• Configure Quantum Metric events, and privacy/PII data-protection rules (masking, encryption, blocklisting).
• Support the controlled production release process - validation, promotion, and post-deploy monitoring
• Support real-time and integrated use cases such as in-session intervention and cross-channel data enrichment
• Coordinate in real time with onshore DevOps, Data Engineering, and business partners during U.S. business hours
• Participate in incident and on-call response, troubleshooting issues across environments
• Support vulnerability remediation and maintain accurate technical documentation
Preferred Skills: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; SQL; hands-on experience with digital analytics / instrumentation tools (Quantum Metric, FullStory, Contentsquare, or similar); experience in a regulated or financial-services environment; solid understanding of Agile/Scrum
Salary Range- $75,000-$80,000 a year
