Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Project Manager coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and executive management to optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Combination of office and field work on active construction sites.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and site visits required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and industrial work environments.
  • PPE required when on job sites.
  • Travel between projects and occasional overnight stays as needed.
