Role and Responsibilities:

As a Special Education Substitute Teacher, you will:

- Report to work on time.

- Provide essential classroom support to students.

- Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and accommodations.

- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active engagement and student confidence.

Qualifications:

- Missouri Teaching Licensure: Professional, Substitute, or Emergency

- A genuine passion for working with students with special needs and a strong commitment to their growth and development.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

- Flexibility and adaptability to varying classroom situations.

Compensation:

- $30-35 an Hour

- A dedicated HR, payroll, admin support team to provide support
