We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, based in San Jose, CA role, reporting to the VP, Product Management in the Product Management department. At Zscaler, we are on a mission to make the internet safe for every user, anywhere. In this role, you will lead endpoint security, sandboxing, and anti-malware initiatives, shaping the strategic direction of our cybersecurity products and making a lasting impact on our global customer base.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Define and drive Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) offering including TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, Cryptography standards, and key Secure Web Gateway and Proxy product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunities
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams
