Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading the data analytics strategy, scope and function, working with a team to develop, communicate and track results of business plans and developing predictive models for revenue, risk and general business analysis. This role leads the efficient and profitable execution of strategies and campaigns that are focused/clear, aligned with business objectives and optimized to achieve maximum results. The position is also responsible for enhanced customer insight leading to targeted levels of R&D breakthroughs and increase capacity of R&D/testing initiatives. Effectively manages analytical tool processes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner in establishing analytics strategies.
  • Responsible for recommending and designing tracking methodologies.
  • Provide rollout and test analysis and provide recommendations for future strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of forecasts.
  • Manage and own data analytics business rules.
  • Key enabler of business results (responsible for assigned CSF's by product).
  • Approve design and execution of analytics campaign processes.
  • Incorporate industry best practices into all facets of work.
  • Provide rollout and test analysis and provide recommendations for future strategies.
  • Provide ad-hoc database analysis to support new opportunities.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, related functional field, i.e. Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics with emphasis on data mining, quantitative analysis and financial metrics.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting data, creating action plans and implement process changes.
  • Highly proficient in working with analytical/reporting tools and leading others in these functions.
  • Proficient in working with analytical/reporting tools including SQL, SAS and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and execute systems and processes in a timely and quality manner.
  • Strong analytical skills to include competent understanding of statistical significance, multivariate techniques, and correlation analysis.
  • Proven experience working with relational databases.
  • Proven teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Works effectively in time sensitive environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver unique analytical solutions.

Base Salary Range:
$133,700.00 - $200,600.00
