Job description

Wealth Management Associate | Charlotte

A well-established UHNW wealth management firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an Associate to join its collaborative, team-driven environment. This role supports senior advisors across core planning and investment functions. The firm is open to candidates with 3–5 years of investment or wealth planning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tax and strategic wealth planning for UHNW clients

• Work closely with the CIO and investment professionals regarding portfolio construction

• Build and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analyses

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience

• CFP or other professional designations are a big plus

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency and solid PowerPoint skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to growth into a more client facing role
