WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

TIFIN.ai is the AI operating layer for the wealth enterprise, a platform offering an agent library to address workflows across operations, investments and growth. Our north star is delivering better wealth outcomes for more people. We're building production-grade multi-agent systems that power advisor copilots, investment intelligence workflows, and autonomous research capabilities

  • Shape AI-driven investment intelligence by embedding LLMs, ML, and generative AI directly into research, analytics, and advisor workflows.
  • Own a high-impact product roadmap at the intersection of quantitative finance and AI, with direct influence over revenue-generating capabilities.
  • Work hands-on in Python alongside engineering to build scalable, production-grade investment systems on a cutting-edge digital wealth platform.

  • Deep expertise in quant strategy development - portfolio optimization, risk/factor modeling, and statistical/predictive modeling
  • Practical experience applying modern AI/ML (transformers, LLMs, NLP, embeddings) to production investment workflows, including agentic pipelines

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:

$150,000 - $225,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
