Job description

Overview
Susquehanna International Group is seeking an Employment Contracts Specialist to join its Legal Department. This role partners closely with Human Resources and Compensation to support the preparation and execution of employment documentation for new hires and existing employees.
What we're looking for
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employment agreements from template-based preparation through execution
  • Maintain and update employment contract templates
  • Work with supervising attorneys to ensure agreements align with internal standards and applicable legal requirements
  • Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreement amendments, seconding agreements, separation agreements, and all other employment related agreements and documentation
  • Provide support on additional employment documentation and projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a legal contracts administration, coordination or issuance role
  • Experience working with standardized templates and document workflows in a legal or HR environment
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working under attorney guidance
  • Experience with DocuSign is preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future
