Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 18 months.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. - Must also have 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience - travel experience will suffice.

Required Credentials: - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekends only: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon. Will not consider Sun/Mon/Tues or Thur/Fri/Sat schedules. - Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: - Potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for the same patient population.

Details:

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
