Quality Systems & Compliance ManagerMSHS Pacific Power Group
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (In-Person or Hybrid)
Travel: required up to 50% during the first year, including domestic travel and occasional international travel.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Build a Culture of Continuous Improvement.MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an ambitious Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead our enterprise Quality Management System supporting ISO 9001:2015, OEM requirements, and government (military) contracts across our field service and remanufacturing operations.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a quality professional who is ready to step into a leadership position with ownership of our quality management system while leading a team and partnering with executive leadership. The successful candidate will oversee quality documentation, compliance programs, audits, customer deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives while managing direct reports and supporting Quality Control Specialists across multiple workshop locations.
What You'll DoQuality Management System
- Maintain and continuously improve the company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management SystemÂ
- Develop, maintain, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and controlled documentsÂ
- Coordinate and conduct internal quality auditsÂ
- Support external and certification auditsÂ
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programsÂ
- Maintain quality records and documentationÂ
Government & Contract Compliance
Develop and maintain:
- Quality Assurance PlansÂ
- Inspection PlansÂ
- Compliance ProceduresÂ
- Contract DeliverablesÂ
- Technical Documentation PackagesÂ
Support Military Sealift Command (MSC) and future government programs requiring formal quality documentation and reporting by translating customer specifications, OEM manuals, technical requirements, and government contract requirements into:
- Work InstructionsÂ
- Inspection ChecklistsÂ
- Test ProceduresÂ
- Acceptance CriteriaÂ
- Technical Documentation PackagesÂ
Continuous Improvement
- Partner with operations leadership to improve quality and reduce reworkÂ
- Standardize procedures across multiple locationsÂ
- Improve documentation and workflow efficiencyÂ
- Lead process improvement and error-proofing initiativesÂ
Customer Deliverables
Coordinate customer deliverables including:
- Overhaul ReportsÂ
- Inspection ReportsÂ
- Condition Found ReportsÂ
- Quality PlansÂ
- Technical Documentation PackagesÂ
Leadership
- Supervise and mentor quality personnel and other direct reportsÂ
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementÂ
- Work closely with executive leadership and operational teams to achieve quality objectivesÂ
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in one or more of the following:Â
- Quality ManagementÂ
- ManufacturingÂ
- Engineering SupportÂ
- ComplianceÂ
- Document ControlÂ
- Continuous ImprovementÂ
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemÂ
- Strong technical writing and documentation skillsÂ
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsÂ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DI-011 documentation requirements and CDRL A007 standards ISO Internal Auditor training or certificationÂ
- Quality Engineering experienceÂ
- Marine, industrial, manufacturing, or defense industry experienceÂ
- SharePoint experienceÂ
- Microsoft Power Platform experienceÂ
- ERP system experienceÂ
