Overview

Cummings Electrical is hiring a Quality Systems Manager for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.

Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. In this position you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful change in a fast-growing environment. As the Quality System Manager, you will manage the quality system, work with plant quality managers, and drive standardization across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Driving improvements across our quality systems including deviations, change control, CAPAs, investigations, document control and training
  • Developing and mentoring Quality Managers across multiple manufacturing sites to build organizational capability
  • Leading and executing quality transformation initiatives that increase capacity, optimize operations and strengthen quality system maturity
  • Managing the Internal Audit program as the Lead Quality Auditor while building and coaching a team of cross functional internal auditors
  • Write and implement quality procedures, work instructions, visual standards, and technical reports
  • Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, QC, and CI teams to keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals
  • Leading workshops, problemsolving sessions, readiness checks, and crossteam meetings to keep projects on track
  • Using strong analytical skills and rootcause thinking to spot issues early and put solid corrective actions in place
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and/or Quality Systems
  • Hands on experience with quality processes such as deviations, investigations, CAPAs and change control
  • Deep understanding of NEC electrical code
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Competency of Microsoft Office applications
