This position is ideal for a quality-focused professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive measurable results. You'll help keep our quality systems running smoothly, support audit readiness, manage critical documentation, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen product quality and customer satisfaction.

Working in a collaborative manufacturing environment, you'll partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve issues, and support compliance with industry standards. Your contributions will help create a culture of quality while supporting products and technologies that help power communities around the world.

If you're passionate about process excellence, problem-solving, and making a lasting impact, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a global technology leader.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

  • Support compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.

  • Administer the electronic QMS, including document control, revisions, approvals, and periodic reviews.

  • Coordinate nonconformance and corrective action activities and ensure timely closure.

  • Maintain quality documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and related records.

  • Support internal, customer, and external audits from preparation through follow-up actions.

  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.

  • Track quality system performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems.

  • Experience supporting audits and audit readiness activities.

  • Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance management, and document control processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

More About Us

  • Join a global technology leader committed to advancing a sustainable energy future for all.

  • Grow your career through learning, development, and opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams across the world.

  • Be part of an inclusive culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, safety, and employee well-being.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
