Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled Aircraft Quality Inspector candidates for one of its clients in Mobile, Alabama. Our client is a recognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MRO organization supporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production, line maintenance, and/or airworthiness operations.
Position Title: Aircraft Quality Inspector
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Job Overview: We are hiring an Aircraft Quality Inspector to support aircraft production and quality verification activities. The role involves performing visual, incoming, first-article, in-process, final, and functional inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality inspections on aircraft structures, mechanical systems, assemblies, installations, and production work packages.
  • Verify conformity to engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect workmanship, fasteners, materials, installation quality, bonding, pressure checks, and aircraft documentation where applicable.
  • Identify and document discrepancies, nonconformances, and corrective action requirements.
  • Support production, engineering, and maintenance teams in resolving quality issues while maintaining compliance.
  • Review and complete inspection records, aircraft logs, quality forms, and release documentation as required.
  • Promote safety, FOD prevention, and defect-free aircraft delivery standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous aircraft inspection, quality assurance, aircraft maintenance, or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
  • A&P license preferred and may be required depending on assigned inspection scope.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical instructions, specifications, and aircraft documentation.
  • Knowledge of aircraft structures, mechanical systems, manufacturing quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, communication skills, and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, overtime, and production schedules as required.
  • A220/A320 family, flightline, or commercial aircraft inspection experience preferred.
