Azul Vision is the largest eye care practice in Orange County, Inland Empire, and the Los Angeles area, with Twenty-Five locations and our newest location is Palm Desert to serve you conveniently and comfortably. Our world-class eye doctors are experts in all aspects of eye care as well as leading specialists in vision correction, cataract surgery, and laser eye surgery. We offer everything from cataract removal to cosmetic procedures such as eyelid surgery. In accordance with our 5-Star Quality Measure, our goal is to continuously maximize our efforts to ensure successful completion of the measure. The Quality Coordinator will be a vital component in successfully meeting our 5 Star measure. The candidate will need to have a high level of analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile patient visits and claim completion
  • Request medical records
  • Update 5 Star patient gap list
  • Immediately inform supervisor of gap list discrepancies
  • Re-direct patients in network
  • Assist & ensure completion of client requests
    • Reports
    • Unable to reach patients
    • Visit and claim verification
    • Patient outreach
    • Gathering of specific gap list details
  • Cross train in other quality areas
    • Vision Screening
    • Patient Experience
