Join our growing Quality team in Bend, Oregon as a QA Manager. In this leadership role, you will help ensure commercial pharmaceutical products meet regulatory requirements while supporting successful product launches, supply reliability, and customer satisfaction.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
  • Manage the timely release of commercial drug products and APIs, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as the primary Quality representative for commercial partners, distributors and key customer accounts.

  • Review and negotiate quality agreements to support successful commercial operations.

  • Oversee quality compliance across distribution, warehousing and third-party logistics providers.

  • Lead investigations into product complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to support changes, labeling updates and global regulatory commitments.

  • Monitor quality metrics, support audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences or a related field. Advanced qualifications are beneficial.

  • At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance within a regulated environment.

  • Previous leadership or people management experience.

  • Experience supporting commercial product launches or commercial pharmaceutical operations.

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, cGMP requirements and regulatory expectations.

  • Ability to balance compliance requirements with business objectives and delivery timelines.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
