As our Clinical Quality Program Manager, you will drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives that help care teams deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. You will use data, process improvement, and innovation to advance health outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and ensure care is accessible, effective, and culturally responsive across the organization.

You Will:

  • Consult with internal stakeholders on training, process improvements, and interpretation of data, standards, and regulations.
  • Partner with clinical leaders to develop short- and long-term strategies that advance organizational goals.
  • Sustain and enhance quality programs while planning for future needs and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, governance, regulatory, and performance measurement requirements.
  • Support care teams by tracking quality metrics and delivering actionable data insights.


Work Environment:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Hybrid
    • 2 days in the office, which can include working at various clinic sites.
    • 3 days work from home.

Compensation: Approximately $72,176 to $99,257 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity. 

What We Need for this Job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, organizational development or related field required.
  • Five (5+) years’ experience leading or facilitating process improvement, performance improvement, quality improvement, operational excellence, or organizational effectiveness initiatives in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
  • Five (5+) years’ experience in Quality Program or Patient Safety management required.
  • Three (3+) years’ experience in Regulatory or Accreditation management required.
  • Six Sigma Green certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence, facilitation, coaching, project leadership or formal leadership experience is required.
