Job Overview:

Support the adherence of existing processes. Maintain formal failure analysis reports for addressing process nonconformities. Supports audits and may recommend improvements. Support the Quality Management System internal/external audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes documented production processes and procedures
  • Support process experts in applying the methodology and corresponding tools to existing process to identify areas for action
  • Check and monitor timely implementation of remedial measures
  • Use basic problem-solving techniques to clearly define problems and findings
  • May be required to convey and exchange basic technical or factual information
  • May require fact finding and investigation in order to fully understand the issue
  • Verifies and compiles objective and measurable data.
  • Supports examination of measures at/through internal audits
  • Provide support for the certification entity and the MB VANS QM units with respect to audit planning and audit supervision
  • Prepare documents and support administering Employee trainings (e.g. DIN ISO, Audit).
  • Ensures proper documentation of findings and provides Audit Reporting in standardized formats
  • Support fulfillment of all requirements of the certification entity
  • Participates in regular scheduled meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Associates Degree required
  • Required: 1 years relevant experience, Preferred: 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience as EOQ auditor or environmental auditor is a plus.
  • Experience using statistical methods, QM methods, project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process chains at the site, rationalization and project methods, advanced knowledge of database systems preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in written/spoken English, prefer knowledge of German and Spanish
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge in the application of quality methods is a plus
  • Ability to work in teams
