The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and DePuy Synthes procedures and guidelines, the Source Quality Systems Specialist is responsible forsupporting Source and Supplier Quality Systems through advanced data analytics, reporting, and system enablement. This role plays a keypartin strengthening visibility, governance, and performance of quality processes by translating quality data into actionable insights. The position partners closely with Quality Engineering, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to enable datadriven decisionmaking, improve Supplier Performance Monitoring effectiveness, and support regulatory readiness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop,maintain, and enhance metrics dashboards and reports to support Quality Management System (QMS) performance and compliance monitoring.
    • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and implement improvements to the SPM procedures and processes.
    • Analyze quality and compliance data toidentifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Support governance and execution of QMS processes throughaccurate,timely, and reliable data reporting.
    • Partner with Quality, Compliance, and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity across quality systems.
    • Support audit andinspectionreadiness by providing quality metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights.
    • Maintain documentation and reporting standards related to quality analytics and systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SPM transparency, efficiency, and metric maturity.
    • Ensure results of verification and monitoring of the effectiveness of the quality system related to supplier performance monitoring and its compliance to applicable regulations and standards for assessing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of quality systems are routinely communicated to management through the management review process.

Qualifications

Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences, ora relateddiscipline (required).
    • Advanced degree in Analytics, Quality, ora relatedfield (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

    • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, Data Analytics, Compliance, or related roles within a regulated industry.
    • Handson experience developing andmaintainingmetrics dashboards and reports.
    • Experience within a 21 CFR 820 and/or MDD and/or ISO 13485 environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
    • Experience supporting audits, inspections, and/or management reviews with data and metrics.
    • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and data governance practices.

Preferred:

    • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
    • A working knowledge medical device regulations and Quality Management Systems is desired.
    • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
    • Exposure to executivelevel quality reporting or metric governance.
    • Quality, Analytics, or Regulatory certifications (e.g., ASQ, RAC, Power BI certifications).

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
