Our processing is setup in a way that all you need to do is get a full 1003 application along with all the income documents needed to submit and our team takes it from there. We disclose your file, order title, appraisals, HOI questionnaires, submit to underwriting, clear your conditions and let you know when your file is cleared to close; Meanwhile keeping you in the loop the entire time. Our commission structure is among the highest in the industry.

​Qualifications:

· Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator & be active with the NMLS.

· Previous experience in the mortgage field, finance, banking, or other related fields

· Excellent computer skills and efficiency

· Familiarity with financial and lending practices

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Strong analytical and mathematical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Desire to grow, take on new tasks, overcome objections

· Excellent time management skills are a must

· Self motivation & drive is required
