We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance activities and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing quality teams, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop quality personnel to achieve quality and business objectives.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and non-conformance management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and issue resolution.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization.
Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
8+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading and developing quality teams.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), auditing, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
ASQ, Six Sigma, or related quality certifications preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success driving quality improvements and operational excellence.
