Location: Western Connecticut Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Annual Bonus Potential + Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) w/ match, Holidays, PTO Job Type: Full-Time | On-site Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 40–45 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Relocation assistance is available Technical Program Manager Description Our client in precision manufacturing is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their team in Western Connecticut. You will lead customer programs from initial handoff through manufacturing launch while coordinating engineering, tooling, quality, suppliers, and production teams. This hands-on role requires end-to-end program management experience, injection molding and tooling experience and the ability to evaluate technical issues, maintain customer communication, and keep several programs moving through different stages. This is an opportunity to take broad ownership of technically complex programs and help improve how projects are executed across the organization. Technical Program Manager Responsibilities Lead customer programs from internal handoff through manufacturing launch Coordinate engineering, tooling, quality, suppliers, and production teams Review product and tooling concepts for manufacturability Manage schedules, priorities, risks, and customer communication Support trials, qualification activities, and production readiness Resolve technical issues affecting quality, timing, or product performance Review drawings, 3D models, tolerances, and tooling concepts Manage multiple programs across different phases of development Support post-launch manufacturing and customer issues Identify opportunities to improve equipment, processes, labor, and cost Technical Program Manager Qualifications 5+ years of technical project or program management experience required Experience launching precision-molded products from tooling through production required Injection mold design, tooling, DFM, and molding troubleshooting experience required Drawing, tolerance, and 3D model interpretation skills required Experience managing technical customer relationships required Microsoft Office and project scheduling software proficiency required #J-18808-Ljbffr
