STRABAG Inc., is a subsidiary of STRABAG SE, aEuropean-based technology group for construction services. STRABAG Inc. hasextensive experience in large-scale underground hard and soft groundconstruction projects. We provide expertise in ground engineering and tunnelexcavation with qualified personnel.
STRABAG is actively seeking a Corporate Quality ManagementSystem (QMS) Coordinator for our Canadian division, where he/she can utilizetheir extensive knowledge to contribute to the continued success and growth ofthe organization. The Corporate QMS Coordinator will be responsible fordeveloping, maintaining, communicating and monitoring the implementation of theSTRABAG Integrated Management System (IMS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of plans, procedures, and templates;
  • Upload and maintain the current version of the approved documents on the Corporate IMS repository;
  • Perform onboarding and quality training as required;
  • Preparation and distribution of various quality reports, dashboards and meeting minutes;
  • Prepare the material for Management Review meetings and other senior management forums;
  • Support the Quality Director in coordinating the audit program;
  • Plan and conduct IMS Audits and support Corporate Quality Director to coordinate the Certification Body (registrar) external audits;
  • Collect data related to IMS development, audit results and prepare quality dashboards;
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and action plan;
  • Promote STRABAG to all associated with the organization/project by demonstrating professional skill and a high standard of fairness and integrity;
  • Assist the Quality Director in promoting Quality Culture throughout the Organization;
  • Assist with deployment of various continual improvement initiatives and facilitate workshops;
  • Participate in proposals and tenders for new projects; and
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
