Job description

Enventure is seeking a Quality Management System Consultant to support our QHSSE initiatives and elevate performance across our global operations.
As a key contributor, you will help shape and implement best-in-class QAQC and HSE systems, influence cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in quality, compliance, and safety.
What You'll Do:
  • Help QHSSE Director lead operational implementation and compliance of QHSSE strategies, initiatives, procedures, and policies.
  • Support the development of an integrated Quality & HSE Management System.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a participative QHSSE culture.
  • Facilitate audits, compliance activities, and quality performance benchmarking.
  • Advise on product design for quality assurance and early issue detection.
  • Help build tracking systems for component usage and performance insights.
  • Lead and support investigations into customer quality issues and corrective actions.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors on QHSSE matters, including tenders and audits.
  • Assist in reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
  • Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of combined Quality & HSE experience, with at least 5 years in oilfield services / O&G.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI benchmarking.
  • Experience with quality systems, audits, and corrective action processes.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CQE, ASQ, ISO auditor, NEBOSH) are a plus.
