Job Description
Summary:
1. Experience in Quality Management Systems(QMS), ISO9001, Change Management and Material Review Boards(MRB)
2. Hands-on experience in Supplier Product Change Notification (PCN) Management
3. Able to manage and deliver projects independently.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Manage Supplier PCN Process End to End
· Monitor supplier PCN emails and Accuris (part database) notifications
· Validate supplier PCNs in QIS - ETQ; create tickets as needed
· Identify affected parts using Windchill PDP and compare against supplier PCNs
· Determine NVPNs and analyze impact using Tableau (Data Center and Where-Used)
· Assign and route PCNs to the appropriate PIC, reassigning as necessary
· Ensure documentation and required fields are complete
· Follow up with PICs to drive PCN/CR closure and reduce open items
Support QMS Process and Action Item Closure
· Track Action items for Material Review Board Process.
· Follow up with PICs to drive MRB closure and reduce open items
· Support Internal and External Audits
· Track Audit CARs to proper mitigation, documentation and closure
Improvement Plan and AI Tool Planning
· Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance PCN search tools.
· Test and evaluate new AI-driven tools for PCN management.
· Provide feedback and recommendations to improve tool functionality and user experience.
· Follow up on dashboard development, enhancements, and implementation progress.
· Support initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility within QMS process
