About Us
The Cutting Edge Landscaping is a growing landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Sparta, NJ area. We specialize in lawn maintenance, landscape installation, planting, and outdoor property improvements. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to help oversee projects and support our field operations.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled landscaping professional with strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience in landscape installation, planting, and crew management. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead by example, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and work alongside landscaping crews on daily projects
  • Oversee landscape installation and planting projects
  • Coordinate job site activities and maintain productivity
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Ensure projects are completed safely and to company standards
  • Operate landscaping equipment and tools
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding project progress
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Additional hours may be available during peak seasons
Pay & Benefits
  • $25-$35+/hour based on experience and qualifications
