Duties and Responsibilities
  • Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, edging sidewalks, weeding flower beds, removing debris, and raking leaves.
  • Loading and unloading materials from trucks, including mulch, soil, and plants.
  • Cleaning up work areas, digging trenches, and preparing soil for planting.
  • Performing a variety of tasks and assigned work duties involving strenuous manual labor in outdoor projects and worksites

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
  • Must be able to follow directions.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be available for work 5am - 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.
