Job description

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team at Link Labor as a Landscaper. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who possesses a passion for outdoor work, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining beautiful and healthy landscapes.

As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the upkeep and enhancement of various outdoor spaces. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns to ensure optimal growth and appearance.

  • Pruning and Trimming: Pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to promote healthy growth and desired shapes.

  • Clean-up: Performing fall and spring clean-ups, including leaf removal, debris clearing, and preparing landscapes for changing seasons.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining various landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, ensuring their proper and safe use.

  • Adherence to Safety: Strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

  • Client Interaction: Interacting professionally with clients when necessary, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
