Job Description
The Landscape Driver / Crew Member is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport crews, equipment, and materials to and from job sites while actively participating in daily landscaping duties. This role is a working position that requires both driving and hands-on fieldwork to support landscape maintenance and installation projects.
Driving amp; Transportation
  • Transport crew members, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and trailers
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately
Landscaping Duties
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal
  • Assist with planting, irrigation, mulch installation, and seasonal clean-ups
  • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
Essential Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in outdoor conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
